My classes are available for everyone to come and try. Join Pilates beginners and seasoned professionals in a community all focused on building a strong, flexible and balanced body.
AT AWJ we offer 3 class types:
Pilates MOVE focuses on pilates fundamentals and classic movements to build strength, stability, and body awareness through mindful core engagement. This class will focus on flow and will look to move and mobilise the body. Open to all levels, this class is an ideal starting point for those new to Pilates and also to seasoned Pilates go-ers who want to refine their technique.
Pilates Move and Meditate
Pilates Sculpt builds on classic Pilates principles with added dynamic movement to challenge strength, endurance, and control. Designed to sculpt and tone muscles while maintaining core focus and mindful technique, this class is open to all levels looking for a more energizing workout
Pilates Sculpt
Pilates Burn takes classic Pilates movements to the next level with higher reps, pulses, and an energizing pace. Expect a sweatier workout that builds strength and endurance while keeping core engagement at the center. Best suited for those ready to challenge themselves, but still accessible for beginners looking to push further.

Join us for a brand-new Pilates experience designed to help you strengthen, stretch, and de-stress at SNAP Fitness in Martlesham Heath.
These classes are available to SNAP Fitness members and need to be booked through the Snap Fitness App.
