Hi, I’m Jade, the owner of Align With Jade.

I am a qualified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor offering Pilates classes and 1:1 sessions in Felixstowe and Ipswich.

I have been practising Pilates for the last 3 years and fell in love with the way it made my body and mind feel. I am passionate about aligning both the body and mind and helping you to feel your best. I love that exercise can be both fun and nourishing and can build community.

Whether you’re a beginner or have been doing Pilates for years - everyone and anyone is welcome, and sessions will be tailored to your need and ability.

In Felixstowe, I offer classes in the community, with the aim being to build connection and community. I rent spaces in order to meet the need of those in the area, making exercise and connection accessible for all.

I also offer classes in Ipswich and have recently started teaching Reformer Pilates in studios in Ipswich.
