My Story

Hi, I’m Jade, the owner of Align With Jade.

I am a qualified Pilates instructor offering pilates classes and 1:1 sessions in Felixstowe and Ipswich.

I have been practising Pilates for the last 3 years and fell in love with the way it made me feel. I am passionate about aligning both the body and mind and helping you to feel your best. I love that exercise can be both fun and nourishing and can build community.

Whether you’re a beginner or have been doing Pilates for years - everyone and anyone is welcome and sessions will be tailored to your need and ability. I can’t wait to meet you all.
